RESOLUTION NO. 97-19
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING OFFER OF DEDICATION
18501 WOODBANK WAY (APN 397-06-065)
WHEREAS, William M. Eddie and Marion L. Eddie, the owners of 18501
Woodbank Way (APN 397-06-065) in the City of Saratoga, have
executed an Offer to Dedicate Property for Street Purposes, over a
portion of said property, said Offer identified as Exhibit A
attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFOR, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
accepts the aforementioned Offer attached as Exhibit A and directs
a copy of this Resolution to be recorded with the attached Exhibit
A in the Office of the County Recorder for Santa Clara County.
PASSED and ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Saratoga held on the 16th day of ...... ~pr.~ .... ,

AFFECTING A PORTION OF (APN 397-06-065)
OFFER TO DEDICATE PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES
For valuable consideration, the undersigned owners of the
hereinafter described real property, hereby warranting that
they constitute all of the owners thereof, for themselves,
their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby irrevocably
offer to dedicate to the.City of Saratoga, a Municipal
Corporation, an easement and right of way for a public city
street (including all trees or growth presently growing or
as may be grown within said right-of-way) upon, under, over,
and across that certain real property situated in the City
of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point' on the center line of Woodbank Way and
the Westerly prolongation of the North boundary line of that
certain 1.55 acre parcel of land as shown on that certain
Record of Survey recorded in Book 39 of Maps at page 45,
Santa Clara County Records, thence running along the
Westerly prolongation of the Northerly line of that certain
1.55 acre parcel South 89° 7' 45" East 30.00 feet to a point
on the Easterly Right of Way of Woodbank Way, thence running
along the Easterly right-of-way line of said Woodbank Way,
South 0° 15' 45" West 134.58 feet to a point, thence running
along the Easterly and Northerly right of way line of
Woodbank Way to a curve to the left with a radius of 45
feet, an arc length of 65.32 feet and a central angle of 835
10' 05" to a point, thence running South 82° 54' 20" East
252.19 feet along the Northerly right of way line of
Woodbank Way to a point, thence leaving said right of way
line and running South 13° 45' 20" East 21.92 feet to a
point, thence running North 89° 50' 35" West 325.33 feet to
a point, thence running North 0° 15' 43" East 231.45 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
Containing approximately 18,607 square feet of land more

The undersigned understand that the within offer can only be
accepted by resolution of the City Council of the City of
Saratoga pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 1806
of the State of California, and recordation of this
instrument shall not and will not constitute acceptance of
the within offer to dedicate. This offer shall be
irrevocable and shall be binding upon our heirs, personal
representatives, successors and assigns. The plural as
used herein shall include the singular, and the singular
include the plural.
