RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF STREETS
TRACT t1112
It appearing that on or about November 21,195~, the
street improvements as shown on the heretnafter referred
to subdivision map were completed and that thereafter were
maintained by the subdivider for a period of not less than
an additional year from the date of satisfactory completion,
NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the City of
Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
A11 streets offered for dedication as shown on that
certain subdivision may of Tract #1112, Shadow Oaks, re-
corded in Book 53 of Maps on Page 9 in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California on October 13, 19~h, which offers of dedication
were not accepted under the terms of the Clerk's certifi-
cate on said map, are hereby accepted and said streets are
hereby declared to be public streets of the City of Saratoga,
County of Santa CZara, State of California
This resolution was regularly introduced and there-
after passed and adopted this 2nd day of ~prt~, 1958 by
the following vote:
AYES: Brazil, 3epsen, Langwill
NOES: None
ABSENT: Rosa,co, Witllama
