RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY q ~ SDR 1331
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves, as
follows:
SECTION 1: Reference is hereby made to the following Offer
of Dedication to the City of Saratoga covering
rights-of-way over portions of streets:
a) Offer recorded on June 4, 1979, in Book E540 at Page
745 of Santa Clara County Records.
SECTION 2: The aforesaid Offer of Dedication is hereby accepted
by the City of Saratoga and the above portions of
said streets covered thereby are hereby declared to be public streets
of the City of Saratoga.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the following described Improvement Bond is hereby ordered released:
That certain Improvement Bond Investment Certificate No. 6501-
006787 Dated: April 7, 1978 issued by Wells Fargo Bank.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted on
the 2nd day of January , 19 85 , at a regular meeting
of the City Council of Saratoga by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Callon, Clevenger, Hlava7 MDyles and Mayor Fanelli
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

~'~7~ OFFER TO DEDICATE PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES
For valuable consideration, the undersigned o~ers of the here-
inafter described real property, hereby warranting that they
constitute all of the o~ers thereof, for themselves, their heirs,
successors and assigns, hereby irrevocably offer to dedicate to
the City of Saratoga, a M~icipal Corporation an easement and
right-of-way for a public city street (including all trees or growth
presently growing or as may be gro~ within said right-of-way) upon,
under, over and across that certain real property situated in the
City of Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and
more particularly described as follows:

upon %he "Map of SubdiTiSion No. 1 of ~he Ma~y SpPinge~

The undersigned understand that the ~thin offer can only be accepted
by resolution of the City Co~cil of the City of Saratoga pursuant
to Streets and Highways Code Section 1806 of the State of California,
and recordation of this instr~ent shall not and will m t constitute
acceptance of the within offer to dedicate. This offer shall be
irrevocab].e and shall be binding upon our heirs, personal represenua-
tires, successors and assigns. The plural as used herein shall in-
clude the singular, and the singular include the plural.
