Home My WebLink AboutResolution MV-107 RESOLUTIOn. l~ MV-107 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE INTERSECTIONS OF COVINA COURT AND MERIDA DRIVE, KIRKBROOK DRIVE AND KNOLLWOOD DRIVE AND DE SANKA AVENUE AND KNOLLWOOD DRIVE AS STOP INTERSECTIONS The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows: SECTION I: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga are hereby designated a.s stop intersections: Name of Street Description Metida Drive All vehicles traveling on Metida Drive both eastbound and westbound shall stop before entering or crossing the intersection thereof with Covina Court. This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs are installed. SECTION II: Based on an engineering and traffic study, the following desig- ha. ted portions of streets in the City of Saratoga shall be designated by double-yellow centerline striping to indicate no driving to the left thereof: Name of Street Description Metida Drive From Kirkbrook Drive to 100'~ westerly thereof Kirkbrook Drive From Marida Drive to 100'~ southerly thereof This section shall become effective at such time as the proper striping is put down. SECTION III: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga are hereby designated as stop intersections: Name of Street Description Kirkbrook Drive All vehicles traveling on Kirkbrook Drive south- bound shall stop before entering or crossing the intersection thereof with Knollwood Drive. This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs are installed. SECTION IV: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga are hereby designated as stop intersections: Name of Street Description DeSanka Avenue All vehicles traveling on DeSanka Avenue north- bound shall stop before entering or crossing the intersection thereof with Knollwood Drive This section shall become effective at such time as the proper signs are installed. The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of February, 1976, by the following vote: AYES: C~un~iilllea Bridge~ Brigham, Kraus, Corr & Ma~te~.,nl NOES: None ATTEST:
