RESOLUTION REMOVING STOP SIGNS, DESIGNATING STOP
INTERSECTIONS, AND DESIGNATING FOUR-WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS
IN THE EL QUITO PARK NEIGHBORHOOD
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as
follows:
SECTION 1: The following portion of Section 2.2 of
Resolution No. MV-1 (adopted April 1, 1964) is
hereby rescinded and no longer in effect.
Name of Street DesCription
Paseo Presada All vehicles travelling on Paseo Presada
both northbound and southbound shall stop
before entering or crossing the intersection
thereof with McFarland Avenue.
The remainder of said Resolution No. MV-1 not in conflict with
this resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 2: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga
are hereby designated as stop intersections:
Name of Street De~.~ription
McFarland Avenue All vehicles travelling eastbound and westbound
on McFarland Avenue shall stop at Paseo Presada
before entering Paseo Presada or continuing on
McFarland Avenue.
McCoy Avenue All vehicles travelling westbound on McCoy
Avenue shall stop at Paseo Presada before
entering Paseo Presada.
SECTION 3: The following intersections in the City of Saratoga
are hereby designated as four-way stop
intersections:
Devon Avenue - McFarland Avenue - Montrose Street
Devon Avenue - Paseo Presada
Martha Avenue - Paseo Presada
SECTION 4: The above Sections 1-3 shall become effective at
such time as the proper signs and markings are
installed and/or removed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on
the 6th day of December , 1995, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Burger, Moran, Tucker, Wolfe & Mayor Jacobs
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
