Home My WebLink AboutResolution MV-90.2 RESOLUTION MV-90.2 RESOLUTION PROHIBITING PARKING ON SEVERAL CITY STREETS The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows: SECTION I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following designated portion of street in the City of Saratoga is hereby declared to be a congested area and the following is hereby established for said portion Name of Street Description Parking Limit Douglass Lane On the north and south sides 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. of Douglass Lane from Fruit- Weekdays. Holidays vale Ave. to 275'% westerly Excepted of Donna Lane Kenosha Court On both sides, its entire 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. length Weekdays. Holidays Excepted Minocqua Court On both sides, its entire length 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.mo Weekdays. Holidays Excepted Montauk Drive On both sides from Fruit- 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. vale Ave. to 250'% westerly Weekdays. Holidays of Taos Drive Excepted Montauk Court On both sides, its entire length 8:00 a',m. - 3:00 p.m. Weekdays. Holidays Excepted Taos Drive On both sides from Montauk 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Drive to Okanogan Drive Weekdays. Holidays Excepted Okanogan Drive On both sides, Taos Drive ~:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. to Montauk Drive Weekdays. Holidays Excepted Okanogan Court On both sides, its entire 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. length Weekdays. Holidays Excepted Yerba Senta Court On both sides, its entire 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. length Weekdays. Portos Drive On the westerly side from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Allendale Ave. to Myren Ct. Weekdays. Holidays Excepted. SECTION II: In order to implement the regulations as set forth in Section t, Resolution MV-90 (adopted 1/7/75), Resolution MV-90,1 (adopted 1/15/75) and any other resolution in conflict with this resolution, are hereby rescinded. The remainder of said resolutions not in conflict with this resolution shall remain in full force and effect. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the proper signs are erected. The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of February, 1975, by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen Brigham, Bridges, Matteoni and Corr NOES: Councilman Kraus ABSENT: None ATTEST:
