PLACE: City of Saratoga Offlees, 20454 Saratoga-Los Gates
Ro~d, Saratoga, Calif.

PRESENT: Anderson, Bennett, Cameron, Crisp, Hig~ins, Pasetta, Webster
F. C. Bachman, Acting Chairman, called the meeting
to order and outlined the objectives of the meeting:
1. Selection of a chairman and vice-chairman;

3. Time and place of regular meetings;
4. Discussion of ~lsmning cases.
Mr. Anderson nominated Admiral Crisp for chairman;
Mr.Webster nominated Mr. Bennett for chairman; Mr.
Bennett asked that his name be removed and recommended

that Admiral Crisp be elected as chairman. Admiral
Crisp indicated their he felt someone else would make
a better ch~irm'an but upon a direct question stated
he would serve as chairman if so elected. Mr. Webster
moved the nomin:abions be closed. Vote ~s unanimous for
Admiral Criso with the latter abstaining.
Admiral Crisp assumed the chair.

Mr.Anderson moved that Mr. Bennett be nominated for
Vice- Vice-chairman. Mr.Pasetta moved that the nominations
chairman
be closed, which motion was passed unanil~ously. Mr.
Bennett was unanimously elected Vice-chairma~.

After some discussion, the second (2rid) and fourbh (dth)
Mondays of each month, at 7:30 P.M., was selected as

dates the time of meetings. Place: Fireman's Hall, Oak
Street, Saratoga, California.
Chairman Crisp appointed bhe following committees:
Subdivlsio~: Bennett, Cameron, Pasetta

Architectual and Site Control: Webster,
Hlggins, Andersen.
Chairman Crisp suggested that the City Plan~lng Commission
meet with theCounty Plannimg Deoartment at some opportune
