TIME: February ?, 1957, 9:00 P.M.
PLACE: Firsman's Hall, Oak Street, Saratoga, Callf.
!~fPE: Regular Meeting.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE
The Secretary pointed out that the builders of this
subdivision had be~n subject to considerable delay
through confusion on the part of the County Planning
Commission and the City of Saratoga, which resulted in
the tentative mac failing to be aDproved before
SD #7 Ordinance #3A-2, limiting frontages to 85 ft., had

Saratoga been passed. It was felt that undue hardship would
be forced on ~hese builders through no fault of their
own. Commkssioner Rosgsco moved that the tentative
maps submitted be approved subject to the conditions
set forth by the County Planning Dept. subdivision
committee. Unanimously oassed.
Commissioner Rosasco moved that the tentative map

Robert be sent to the Planning Dept. for workup. Unanimously

passed.
Chairman Brazil moved that this ease be sent to the
SD #3
Small and Saratoga Planning Commission for study and clarification.
Kendall
Unanimously approved.
The Secret'e-ry was directed to send this case to the
SD #12
Chas. Cox Planning Department for technical werkup.

Mr. Clark was instructed to send a letter of
explanation ,and a copy of deed to the Secretary.
