TYPE: Special Meeting re Annexation Petition
I ROUTINE ORGANIZATION
A. ROLL CALL
Present: Anderson, Webster, Crisp, Pasetta, Cameron
Absent: Higgins, Bennett
Chairman Crisp called on the Secretary to present
the smatter of business on hand. The Secretary
stated that a petition for annexation had been
referred by the City Council to the Planning
CoMmission for action and thereupon read the
1957-2 pebition.
Annexation
After a short discussion among the Commission mem-
bers Commissioner Webster moved that the City Ceuncil
grant the request as outlined in the petition.
The Secretary of the Planning Commission questioned
each Commissioner as to whether they would dispense
with the notice required under Government Code 54956
in connection with Special Meetings. They all replied
in the af£irmative.
Commissioner Cameron moved for adjournment at 10:43 P.M.
Carried unanimously.
