Capital I~nrovement ProKra~ Commissioner Crisp brought up the matter of assignment of the Planning Commission's part in the study relative to establishment of a Capital Improvement Program for the City of Saratoga. After a brief.discussion, Chairman Norton designated the General Plan Conmaittee, together with the Planning Director and the Director of Public Works, to make the study and report back to the Commission.
