Cuenca. He then asked Fir. Ben White, engineer for the applicant, to explain the road-widening plans to Fir. Cuenca. No one else present wished to comment. Chairman Johnson, at 8:i9 P.M., closed the hearing for the evening, directed the matter continued to the next regular meeting,. and referred same to the Subdivision Committee for study. G. VISITOR COb~MERCIAL - Proposed New Visitor Commercial 'ZoninM District The hearing was opened at 8:20 P.M. The Secretary.briefly reviewed this matter and then read communication recieved from Fir. Abel M. Carreia, stating that if the change to Visitor Commercial does not void the present permitted uses on.his property he has no objection to the proposed change. SDR-755 - Rosemarie Roberts0n,'Piedmont Road - Building Site Approval - i Lot. Commissioner Crisp stated that the time limit had expired on this, but that this is a renewal of a portion on the adjacent house· One point involved he said, is the approval of the Health Department on septic tanks end they have asked approval conditioned upon Health Department approval. Mrs. Robertson stated that she was not interested in selling the property or in building on it at this time, but that she just wantsto know if'it is salable --.that this won't~apply unless she wants to build. 2 years to comply and then she .could ask for an extension. Commissioner Lively said that.she had not had an answer on the septic -tanks from the Health Department. Mrs. Robertson said that it is in an area where they could move the house back, if necessary, but inasmuch as she is not planning to build, she just want's to know what she would' have to do before the Planning.Com- Commissioner Crisp moved,..seconded by Commissioner Kasner, that the Building Site Committee Report of 10 June 1968, relative to SDR-755, be adopted and that the ~entative map (Exhibit "A", filed 17 May 1968) be appro.ved subject to the conditions set forth in said report; motion Commissioner Crisp noted that the house would be restricted to pole '-' house type construction, otherwise a site development plan showing the". '~ extent of any fill or excavation would have been required. ""'Chairman Johnson'asked where it'is located and was told it is next door to Mrs. Cunningham's house.
