WC~EREAS, it appearing that the hereafter described slope
easement is no longer necessary for _.the purpose intended,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Saratoga, as follows:
more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point North 2°08,30- West lf~ feet and
North 31006,06" West 10.00 feet from the intersection of
the northerly line of Sullivan Way and the existing
westerly lot line of Lot 23, Tract 1318 in the City of
Saratoga, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 68 at Page 17 in the office
of the County Recorder of said County:
THENCE, from said point of beginning, along the slope
easement line of said Lot 23, North 31006,06" West 11.18
feet; '
THENCE, leaving said easement line, South 32°20,~est $ 00
feet; -
THENCE South 57°40, East 10.00 feet to the POINT OF
BEGI~-ING, containing 25 square feet, more or less,
be ~nd the same is hereby abandoned.
The above and foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and thereafter passed and ad6pted on the 1st day of May, 1968, at
a regular Council meeting by the following vote:
