RESOLUTION ABANDONING SLOPE EASEMENT OFFER
OF DEDICATION

slope easements are not necessary for thm purpose intended,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
.... of the City of Saratoga as Yoll-ows:-,
The offers of dedication of certain slope easements over
those portions of Lots 14, 35, and 36, of Tract 3946,
as shown on that certain Map recorded in Book 197 of Maps at
pages 30 and 31, Santa Clara County Official Records, which
portions of said lots are more particularly described on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, be and the sams are
hereby abandoned.
The above and' foregoing ResOlution was regularly
introduced and =hereafter.passed and adopted.on the _
