I. Callto Order
Meeting called to order at 7:33 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Commissioners Present: Manzo, Foscato, Sessler
Commissioners Absent: Towse, McLaughlin
lII. Report on Posting of the Minutes
Pursuant to Government Code 54954.2 the agenda was properly posted on September ! 8, 1998.
IV. Approval of Minutes from August 19, 1998 Meeting
Because there were not enough commissioners present at the September meeting who were also at
the August meeting, the motion to approve the minutes was tabled.
V. Old Business
a. Tour of Library Grounds
Because of the hour, a tour of the Library grounds was taken ahead of the other Old Business.
b. All Commissioners Meeting
Commission Chair Manzo reported that the All Commissioners meeting was cancelled due to lack
of signups.
VI. New' Business
a, Upcoming Citizens Advisory Committee Meeting
Chair Manzo announced that she will be resigning from the Citizens Advisory Committee to the
Joint Powers Authority and asked for a volunteer to replace her. Commissioner Sessler
volunteered and will attend the October 14 meeting.
b. Election of Vice Chairman
Due to the limited number of commissioners in attendance, Commissioner Sessler moved that the
election be tabled until the commission has a fftll membership. Commissioner Foscato seconded.
