Meeting called to order at 7:30 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Commissioner Excused: Foscato
Commissioners Present: Manzo, McLaughlin, Sessler, Towse
Others Present: Larry Periin, City Manager; Council Members Stan Bogos/an and Gillian Moran;
Doily Barnes; Lori Bums; Susan Fuller
III. Re. port on Posting of the Minutes
Pursuant to Government Code 54954.2 the agenda was properly posted on October 13, 1998.
IV. Approval of Minutes of August 26 and September 16, 1998
Commissioner McLaughlin moved to table the approval of the August 26 and September 26
Meeting Minutes. Commissioner Sessler seconded the motion and the motion carried. (4/0)
V. New Business
a. Scheduling the November and December Commission Meeting
Commissioner Towse moved that the November and December Commission Meeting be held
December 9 at 7:30pm at the Book-Go-Round. Commissioner McLaughlin seconded and the
motion carded. (4/0)
VI. Old Business
a. Rohlf (Space Utilization Consultant) Presentation
25 individuals in audience. Presentation televised on KSAR.

Commissioner Sessler made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Commissioner McLaughlin
seconded the motion. The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned at 9:00p.m. (4/0)
