Chairman Vallone called the meeting to order at 7:00
p.m.

Approved as read.
Pursuant to Government Code 54954.2, the agenda for this
meeting was properly posted on December 28, 1987.

After hearing objections from homeowner's groups and
neighbors surrounding Azule Park, Saratoga Community
Gardens withdrew their request to relocate the gardens
to Azule Park.
The Commission reviewed a draft for a proposed park use
policy and directed staff to develop a fee schedule
comparable to neighboring cities and then prepare a
final report to be reviewed at the February Commission
meeting.
Virginia Fanelli, representing Fanelli Consulting, Inc.
for the owners of Lot #20, Tract 6628, requested that
this Commission recommend abanonment of equestrian
trail through lot #20 because the physical terrain
would not allow for improvement of a safe equestrian
trail without potential geological damage. After
review of the topographical maps presented, the
Commission unanimously agreed that the improvements
should not be made but that the easement be retained so
as not to preclude possible future improvement.
