Acting Chairman Saunders called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.
I. ORGANIZATION
A. ROLL CALL - Present: Clemens, Franklin, Pierce, Saunders, Swan,
Absent: Gilman, Ward
Staff: Pisani, Tare, Trinidad
B. MINUTES - Approval of Minutes - 3/5/90. Minutes were approved
a.s submitted. Swan/Franklin. Passed 5-0.
C. POSTING OF THE AGENDA
Pursuant to Government Code 54954.2, the agenda for th].s meeting was
properly posted on February 28th, 1990.
II. OLD BUSINESS
A. Commissioner Swan was appointed to be the representative :for'
the The Heritage Tree Committee. Secretary Trinidad outlined
the purpose and future meeting times of the committee.
NEW BUSINESS
B. Commissioner Swan was appointed as liaison between the
Commission and City staff for the Hakone Festival Steering
Committee. Staff person Pisani described the direction and
purpose of the committee.

COMMUNICATIONS
A brief discussion was held on each of the following:
Saratoga Fun Run - June 3rd
Warner Hutton House to be moved in April
Open Space Mid-peninsula draft - guidelines needed
Skateboard Ramp to be open in May, classes being held
Newsletter to advertise Saratoga Parks
Tree Ordinance
VI. ADJOURNMENT
Franklin/Swan motioned to adjourn at 7:30. Passed 5-0.
