I. ORGANIZATION
A. ROLL CALL - Present: Crotty, Franklin, Gilman
Pierce, Swan, Ward
Absent:
Miller
Staff: Trinidad, Rizzo, Pisani
B. MINUTES - Approval of Minutes - I/6/92
Correction: Gilman was not present.
C. POSTING OF THE A~ENDA
Pursuant to Government Code 54954.2, the agenda for this meeting
was properly posted on 1/29/92.
III. A. The proposal for design services for improvements to Wildwood
Park was approved, with direction to transmit to City Council
for their approval. Pierce/Franklin. 6-0.
The Commission requested that the next Commission meeting begin
at Wildwood Park with a starting time of 6:30PM to discuss the
outdoor stage area, and then return to the regular meeting room
for the remainder of the meeting.
B. Re-appointment poll 4 Commissioners prefer not to have to reapply.
2 Commissioners prefer to reapply as any other new applicant.
IV. Secretary Trinidad informed the Commission that the CDBG
proposals recommended by the Parks & Recreation Commission
did not meet with approval.
