Secretary Rizzo reported that pursuant to Government Code 54954.2 the
agenda for this meeting was posted on the City Hall Kiosk on January
10, 1997.

Discussion of proDosed chan~es to the ~Bdget due to th~ repeal of the
Utility Users Tax.
Secretary Rizzo summarized for the Commission the Council meeting of January
13, 1997.
The Commission then discussed and developed a report to Council for the
February 3 meeting.
Attached to these minutes is a report to City Council "Recommendations to
City Council" dated February 3, 1997.
