Action Minutes
I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:36 p.m.
II. Roll Call
Commissioners Present: Alberts, Clabeaux, Ioannou, Olsen, Seroff
Commissioners Absent: Dodge, Fronczak
Others Present: Teri Baron, Kara Chalmers, Cary Bloomquist
III. Report on Posting of the Minutes: Pursuant to Government Code 54954.2 the
agenda was properly posted on March 17, 2000.
IV. Approval of Minutes of Meeting:
No meeting minutes were presented for approval.
V. Administration:
No items were covered

VI. Old Business:
A) None
VI. New Business:
A) Commissioner Ioannou gave a brief overview of a Letter dated March 17,
2000 to the City Council regarding allocating $30,000 towards the repair of
several trails listed on this letter. This letter to be reviewed at the next
meeting of the Parks and Recreation Commission on April 3, 2000.
Commissioner Ioannou discussed the possibility of drafting a letter to the
property owner at 22111 Villa Oaks Ln. regarding improving the trail
easement, which runs through the property.
B) Other items to be discussed at next meeting include:
· Wildcat Creek Clean-up May 20, 2000 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
· Kevin Moran & Gardiner larks
· Playfields-Congress springs

IX. Adjournment
Commissioner Alberts made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Commissioner
Seroff seconded the motion. The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned
at 6:47 p.m. (5-0).
