Roll Call
Present: Commissioners Cameron, Kvamme, McArthur, Voester
and Chairman Landsness
Absent: Commissioners Heid and Henderson
Minutes
The minutes were not available for Commission review.
I. OLD BUSINESS
Chairman Landsness led various discussions regarding the town meeting
to be held October 11th. Everything is apparently going as planned
and Mayor Fanelli will speak at the meeting.
Discussion then turned to proposed amendments to the Iteritage Preser-
vation Ordinance which had been continued from the previous meeting.
Commissioner C~meron suggested that the Commission have a study session
with the City Council before submitting changes.
The commission discussed the following changes:
Section 6: Delete subsection (c), Objectives to proposals entirely.
D~lete those Portions of the first sentence of subsection
(d) ~t refer to subsection (c) above and reword this sentence to read:
"The Heritage Cc~ssion shall render a written report regarding propose
designations within a reasonable time acccmpanied by all of the infor-
mation and d~tation reviewed by the Heritage Commission."
P~letter the subsection of ~ection 6 due to the removal of subsection
(c).
Delete item (2) of subsection (e) of page 11.
Delete item (7) of subsection (f) on page 13.

Section 7: Reletter subsections of Section 6 referred to in Section
7 (b) due to the changes in Section 6 listed above.
Section 8: No 0hanges.
Section 9: Change review period from 30 days to 45 days in Section
9 (c).
II. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
