~. House Tour Planning Session with the California History Center
Florist arrangements have been made ¢or the Bragman house.
Arrangements still have to be maOe for the Peck home. It wa~ noted
that ticket sale~ are low. Discussion followed on thm possible
reasons behind this. There was agreement that the wine and cheese
should by served at separate tables. Commissioner Bielinski noted that
8rennan~ will deliver the tablee, chairs and other items that are
being rented. Commissioners Cameron and Voester volunteered to go to
the Bragman's on the afternoon before the tour to help set up. It was
decided that S tables would be needed, one for the coffee and
lemonade, one for the cheese and croissants, two for the wine and one
to ~hare with the California History Center , Heritage Preservation
Commission and Historical Society. With the suggestion that umbrella~
may be needed~ it was agreed that Commissioner Bielinski and Mary Jane
of the California History Center would go out to the Bragman's on
April S to Make the final decision on the need for the umbrellas.
Betty Tuttle is to be at the Bregman's early in the morning on the day
of the event to get ~he refreshments organized. Commissioner Cameron
will also be there to get the other items prepared. Janet from the
Californl~ History Center noted that she will get some other
volunteers to come early to help set up. Commissioner Voester is to
pick up the croissants at Marjolaine'~ the evening before. Mary Jane
of ~he California History Center will pick up the bread from La
Traitotis at 2:00 p.m. Commissioner Voester noted that Willys Peck

may have some people selling small items at his home, She is to
provide staff with the information on who will be selling things and
what they will be selling. It was stated that Chairperson Landshess
is to help with the ?local arrangements at the Peck home.
Commissioner Held ia to help with the signs. There was agreement that
the people who are in charge o{ the individual homes will be
responsible to put up the signs. Chairperson LandsheSS noted that
Bill Carlson of 8ella Mia Restaurant will be serving cold drinks on
his restaurant porch the day of the event. Commissioner Voester
volunteered to pick up the cheese. Chairperson Landshess noted that
she still needed to know who to credit in the brochure.
II. OTHER ITEMS
8. Correspondence
The Commissioners responded to the correspondence from Charles
6uichard. Staff was directed to forward the letter on to the
Historical Society and to send a letter thanking Mr. Guichard for hi~
interest.
