I. OLD BUSINES~
A. List of toplcm to discuss wlth Planning Commission
The Commission decided that they would like to discuss bmd and
breakfast inns in the R-1 zone~ and add a "his[orical element" to
the zominQ ordioance.

B. Updating survey - continued until the survey is reasonably
accurate, after which it wiI1 be sumitted to the Planning
Commission for review and to ~he City Council for adoption.
PlanninO Director Hsia indicated it could become par~ of the
$eneral Plan.
II. NEW BUSINESS
8. Brian Kelley Oevelopment -
Commissioner Held reported that the home was built in 1941 and
extensively remodeled. In his opinion it was not considered a
significant resource. The meeting was adjourned to the field at
4:30 P.M. to review the site. The Commission concurred with
Commlasioner Heid's opinion.
