~. Discussion of Warner Hutton House
$. Landsness gave a brief background on the status of the house
and said that it was discussed at the Council meeting on October
1S. She said the Council decided to schedule e public hearing on
what to do with the house for November 19, 1986.
The Commission then discussed the need to generate support and
interest in the house. There was consensus that the Commission
should prepare a letter to the Council with a recommendation on
the location of the house.
Work tasks regarding the oral presentation and visual aids for the
11/19 Council meeting, contacting foundations and service
organizations, letters to newspapers, etc. were then set up and
assigned to various Commissioners, Discussion on this item will
be scheduled for the next Commission meeting on November S, 1986.

The meeting was adjourned at 3:S0 p.m. The next meeting will be
held on Wednesday. November S, lgSG at 3:090 p,m. in the Saratoga
Library Meeting Room.
