A. Bed and Breakfast Ordinance
There was general discussion c,n the upcom~.ng council
meeting on this item.
B. Bronze Plaques
N. k]oepernik gave a report c,n the status of the bronze
plaques. 'There was general discussion on ~,~ord!Lng fc, r
the plaques ie. the use of the word "resourc:e" c:,r
"landmark", and whether or not to state the r esc, urce ~:.
N. ~-.cepernik stated that there would be a one try. me cost
which would cover layout and logo. There would be a
per plaque cost thereafter.
W. Heid suggested Koepernik follow throulgh.,
C. Budget Information for FY 1986-1987
V. Young reported on the funds still available and the
fact that only similar funds can be c:ombined. The
commission suggested using $1000 for Willys F'eck to
work on the historic information for the inventory
structures. 'The commission discussed suggessted
funding levels for the next fiscal year~ includinq
$1500 for the inventory.
20??0 Wildwood Way
V. Young repported that there were no building or
planning permits issued. The Chief building c, fficial
is taking care of it from here and V. Young ~.,~ll keep
the Heritage Preservati. on Commission posted.
A. Heritage Resc, urce Survey
This item was discussed under item II C.
B. Items Initiated by the Commission
The cc, mmission discussed the upcoming joint meeting
with the City Council. V. Young stated they would be
receiving their agendas by Friday.
