B. Approval of Minutes of 8-i9-8'7
Correction: from item IV B. eliminate the phrase
"possible landmark designation of...", to read;
"Ge~eral discussion on Saratoga School"
m/s Cameron/Voester to approve minutes as corrected~

C. Posting of agenda
Staff noted that the agenda had been posted in council
chambers on Friday~ Feb 88. 1983

A. B&B Ordinance
There was general discussion on the public hearir~g of
March 4, 1987.
The commission expressed a concern that the community
misunderstands the c, rdirtance and is c,f the opinior~ that
the commission is trying to "commercialize" the:
residential areas.
W. Heid suggested the r'ommission be present at the
hearing to be available to answer questions, and let
the memorandum of 3-4-8? from the cc~mm:~ssior~ 'L~(::, the
council speak for itself.
B. Heritage Resource Inventory
The commission is continuing the process of gatherinq.

General discussion of the possibility and need of
outside assistance.
General discussion on the progress of 'the resource
inventory.
V. Young suggested the commission have a press release
informing the public c,f the commisison"s work 'r'egar'c~].rlg
the inventory.
