I. ROUTINE ORGANIZATION
Roll Call
Present: Koepernik, Heid, Cameron, Uoester, Landshess
Absent: Artshes , Tyrrell (both excused)

Passed unanimously.
C. Posting of Agenda
Staff noted that the agenda uss posted in the Council
ChaMbers on Friday, April 10, 1987.

II. OLD BUSINESS
Eagle Scout project suggestions
The Coe~lssion discussed possible heritage-related
projects. The folIouing suggestions were ~ade: 1) a
sign on the City lot indicating "Future Site of
Uarner Hutton House"; 2) Rssist the Saratoga
Historical Foundation in the inventory and clean-up of
the outdoor display at the ~useuM.
B, Response to letters from Betty Rowe
The CoPa~ission decided to forward the letters to the
City Attorney for a formal response.
£. National Historic Preservation Ueek
M/5 Caneron/Landsness to recoMMend to the City Council
that they adopt a resolution declaring Pray 10-16.

gcknoaledgement of heritage resource designations
The CoNmission decided to prepare the framed
certificates as they had done for preuious
designations. Uoester and Landsness all1 folZoa up.
The bronze plaques for all the designated resources
should be ready by June.

The CoMMission discussed briefly the Council hearing
coming up this evening.
Heritage Resource [nuentory
The ComMission began going through the inuentory forms
for corrections and changes. They decided the next
meeting should be deuoted almost entirely
to this uork.

IV. [~EMS INITIATED 8¥ THE C~ISSION
U. Heid asked that discussion on the State Historic
Building Code be agendtzed for the next meeting.
ADJOURNM£NT
The meeting ass adjourned at S:15 p.m. The next meeting
will be held Uednesday, ~'~y 6, at 3:00 p.m.
