A. Roll Call

B. Approval of Minutes of 4-15-87
M/S Cameron/Landsness to approve minutes as submitted.
Passed unanimouslly.
C. Posting of agenda
It was noted that the agenda had been posted in CC, Lrncil
Chambers on Friday, Mat 1, 1989
D. Oral Communications
The Commissioners noted that they had each received
invitations to Greg Grodhaus:~ home to celebrate
Saratoga-~s "deliverance" from the Bed and Breakfast
oral i nance.
W Held noted that the Commission received a resume f'rc, m
Mardi BEnnett offering preservation-related services.
A. State Historic Building Code
The commission noted that the City Council hc4s alr'eady
adopted the State Historic Boulding Code.~ and express~-zd
concern that the Chief Building Official be.:: encc, uraged
to use the Code when appropriate.
B. Heritage Resource Inventory
The commission continued editing the inventory. 'the,
following changes were made.
till St Johns Episcopal Church - change original use
'from residence to church
~18 Medronia Cemetery - Change from "country ceme. te~y"
to "pioneer cemetery"
#18 McCarthy'~s Vinyard - add the word "House'~ after'
Vinyard
#17 Erwin T. King House -. Add a ser~tence stating that
the building originally had a porch
#81 Glen Una Ranch - change to "Carder House"

The summer meetings have been scheduled as fc. llows -
