C. Posting of Agenda
Staff noted the agenda was posted at City Hall on
Frlday, August 2B, 1987.

II. OLD 8USIHESS
R. Report from CoM~issioner Koepernik re= farm structure
at 21130 Uardell Road,
CoMmissioner Koepernik distributed a written report and
photos regarding the structure. noting he had uisited
the site the preuious Thursday. It uas his recomMenda-
t/on that the structure ~k~S not of use to the Citv~ and
that the CoMMission should suggest other alternatiues.
CoMMissioner Held stated that he would discuss the
structure at the next Saratoga Historical Foundation
meeting, to see if there was use for the structure at
the historical park. He wiI1 report back at the next
meeting.

B. Heritage Resource Plaques - Status report
CoMMissioner Uoester reported that she had receiued a
phone ceil from Mrs. BurlinghaM of the Foothill Club~
requesting that the plaque be presented at their first
Nesting in October when they would be celebrating the
BOth birthday of the club. She also noted that the
~uldin'$ open house was cancelled, and presentation of
the plaques uas being held off till after Labor Day.
CoMmissioner Held noted that the Montalvo Board ~eeting
was next week, and he would check into making the
presentation then.
There was discussion on how and where the plaques
should be affixed to the outside of the structures.
C. Heritage Resource Inventory
The CoMmission continued uorking on the inventorg,
completing the preliMinerv reuieu of forns ~qG-52.
III. ITEMS IHITIRTED BY THE COMMISSION
CoMMissioner Held reported that the application
inuoluing the P&~rsh Metzget house had been approued bv
the Planning Co~nission at its Rugust 26 meeting. He
also noted that the issue of designation fees would be
before the Council that sueMing and that he would be
attending the Meeting.
IU. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting uas adjourned at S:OO p.m. The next Meeting
uill be held on Uednesday, SepteMber 16 at 3:00 p.M.
