HERITAGE PRESERVATION COMMISSION
MINUTES

I. ROUTINE ORGANIZATION
A. Roll Call
Present: Ansnes, Davis, Fine, Koepernik, Peck, Peepari, Sabin
Absent: None
Staff: Secretary White
B. Approval of Minutes of 11/10/92
The minutes were approved as submitted M/S Davis/Sabin
C. Posting the Agenda
Pursuant to Government Code 54954.2, the agenda was posted at City
Hall on 12/4/92
D. Oral and Written Communications
II. OLD BUSINESS
1. Review and discussion of a rough draft of the Heritage
Resource Inventory Book.
The Commission reviewed the rough draft and made various comments
and suggestions pertaining to the text. It was concluded that the
proposed format was acceptable and directed staff to proceed with
the printing process.
2. Review of a proposed memo to the City Council from the
Heritage Preservation Commission regarding the Heritage
Preservation Incentive Program.
The draft memo was reviewed and approved to be submitted to the
city Council at the next available meeting. M/S Artshes/Fine
III. NEW BUSINESS
1. Review of plans and background material for a proposed
subdivision at 14350 Douglass Avenue. (Plans to be presented
at the meeting)
Plans of the proposed subdivision as well as various background
materials provided by Fritz Maurer were reviewed by the Commission.
Staff informed the Commission that a site visit had been arranged
for the following thursday and urged attendance. The Commission
concluded that any recommendation concerning the subdivision and/or
the nomination for the Heritage Inventory list would be discussed
after the site visit.
