I. ROUTINE ORGANISATION
A. Roll Call

B. Approval of Minutes of 10/12/93
The minutes were approved as submitted 6-0. M/S Dutro/Davis
C. Posting the Agenda
Pursuant to Government Code 546954.2, the agenda was posted on
Friday, November 5.
D. Oral and Written Communications
Commissioner DaVis WaS nominated to be the next Chair and
Commissioner Peepari was nominated to be the next Vice Chair. It
was decided that an election would be held at the next meeting.
Staff reported that one bid had been received for the Heritage Lane
signs at $2302.63. The Commission expressed surprise at this
estimate and Com~issioner Koepernik indicated that he would check
with his sources for and additional bid.
II. OLD BUSINESS
Review and discussion with the applicant regarding AR-93-010,
Schuck, 13850 Saratoga Ave.
The applicant did not appear and the item was not discussed.
III. NEW BUSINESS
1. Review of Preliminary Draft Amendments to the Heritage
Preservation Ordinance.
The Commission made several amendments to the submitted draft and
asked staff to prepare an amended draft.
IV. ITEKS INITIATED BY THE COMMISSION
None.
