MINUTES

I. ROUTINE ORGANIZATION
A. Roll Call
Present: Davis, Dutro, Fine, Peck, Peepari
Absent: Ansnes, Koepernik
Staff: Secretary White, Public Works Director Perlin
B. Posting the Agenda
Pursuant to Government code, the agenda was posted at City Hall on
Friday, July 22.
Ii. NEW BUSINESS
1. Review and approval of new roofing materials for the
Warner Hutton House. Sample materials will be presented at
the meeting.
After review and discussion of the submitted samples, the
Commission unanimously reckended, M/S Fine/Dutro, as follows:
1. The roof shall be similar to the Prestige Plus High
Definition shown in the submitted brochure.
2. The color shall be Hickory as shown in the brochure.
3. Roof shall be guaranteed for 30 years.
4. Shingles shall be square not scalloped.
5. The color consistency of the shingles shall be verified by
staff prior to installation.
III. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned to Tuesday, August 9 at 9 a.m..
