A. Roll Call
Present: Cutler, Dutro, Fine, Koepernik, Peck, Peck, Peepart
Absent: None.
Staff: Secretary Wh~
Guest: Dan !qckenzle, Mission Park Homes.
B. Approval of Minutes of 9/12/95
The minutes were approved with the following amendments, M/S F'me/Dutm
Item !!1. B. should state that Chair Peepad wanted the discusdon to be held over to the
November meeting.
Item II!. C. First paragraph, last line should be stricken.
C. Posting the Agenda
Pursuant to Government Code Section 94954.2 the Agenda was posted on Friday, October
6, 199s.
D. Oral and Written Communications
None.
I!. OLD BUSINESS
A. Draft letter to the Public Safety Commission regarding traffic on Saratoga Avenue.
The Commission discussed the draft and concluded that the wording regarding having a joint
meeting with the Public Safety Commission should be stronger to request such a meeting.
Staff was directed to make such a change and draft a letter for the Chairman's signature, Iq/S
Peck/Dutm. Cutler dissen~g.
!11. NEW BUSINESS
A. Saratoga Courtyard, Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road, new street names ~oroposal for a
tentatively approved mbdivbion.
The desired street names were unanimomly approved as mbmitted, lvl/S Fine/Wyman. Staff
was directed to complete the ~cy notlflca~n process.
