A. Roll Call
Present: Dutro, Fine, Koepemik, Peck, Peepari, Wyman
Absent: Cutler
Staff: Secretary White
B. Approval of minutes dated 1t9/96
The minutes were unanimously approved as submitted. M/S Fine/Dutro.
C, Posting of the Agenda
Pursuant to Govemment Code Section 94954.2, the agenda was posted at City Hall on Friday, March 8.
D. Oral and Written Communications
II. Old Business
A. 19101 Via Tesoro. Review of historical background material for a potential Heritage Resource
property,
After reviewing the provided historical account, the Commission directed staff to pursue the documentation
of the property with the inten! being to place it on the Heritage Resource Inventory, MtS Peepari/Wyman
(6-0), Commissioner Peepari volunteered to assist in the documentation process.
B. Heritage Commission Development Review Policy. Review of final draft policy,
The draft document was accepted as submitted. M/S Fine/Peck.
III, New Business
A. Nominalions and election of new Commission Chair and Vice-Chair.
Commissioners Wyman was nominated and elected as the new Chair and Commissioner Dutro was
nominated and elected as new Vice-Chair.
IV, Items Initiated by the Commission
Commissioner Wyman advised the Commission that volunteers were needed to work at the annual
Preservation Conference in San Jose on May 30 and June 1, 2 and 3.
V. Adjournment
The meeting was adjoumed to 9 a.m. on Tuesday, April 9.
