i. Routine Organization
A. Roll Call
Present: Fine, Koepemik, Peck, Peepad, Wyman
Absent: Dutro, King
Staff: Secretary White, Director Cunts
B. Approval of minutes dated 4/9/96
The minutes were unanimously approved with minor amendments. M/S Fine/Koepemik.
C. Posting of the Agenda
Pursuant to Government Code Section 94954.2, the agenda was posted on Friday, May 10.
D. Oral and Written Communications
1. Staff welcomed the new and reappointed members.
2. Letter from the American Institute of Architects, Santa Clara Chapter.
3. Draft Statewide Comprehensive Historic Preservation Plan.
!!. Old Business
A. Continuing discussion of agenda items for the joint meeting with the City Council.
The Commission continued to review and discuss items for the joint meeting with the City
Coundl in :June. Staff was directed to place the previously discussed two items, a) the
Administrative Review Policy and b) CEQA and Historic Resources, on the Council
agenda.
i!!. New Business
A. 14684 Pike Road. Discussion of potential Heritage Resource invelltory property.
After discussion, the Commission decided to pursue the documentation of'the site. !q/S
