A. Roll Call
Present: Dutro, Fine, King, Koepernik, Peck, Peepad, Wyman
Absent: None
Staff: Secretary White
B. Approval of minutes dated 5/14/96
The minutes were unanimously approved as submitted, ivl/S Dutro Peepad.
C. Posting of the Agenda
Pursuant to Government Code Section 94954.2, the agenda was posted on Friday, June 7.
D. Oral and Written Communications
!1. Old Business
A. Continuing discussion of agenda items for the ioint meeting with the City Council.
The Commission discussed the content and form of that evening's meeting with the Cm/
Council
III. New Business
None.
IV. Items !nrdared by the Commission
1. It was decided to hold the next meeting at the Historic Museum for the purpose of
viewing the Heritage video. =
2. Commissioner Wyman advised staff that the Claravale Dairy Committee of Honte Sereno
had requested to meet with the Saratoga Heritage Commission. Staff was directed to place
this item on the next agenda.
V. Adjoumment
The meeting wa adjourned to the Saratop Historic Museum on Tuesday, July 9 at 9 a.m..
