I. Routine Organization
A. Roll Call
Present: Fine, Koepemik, King, Peck, Wyman
Absenl: Dulro, Peepari
Staff: Secretary White
B. Approval of minutes dated 8/13/96 and 9/17/96
The minutes were approved as submitted 4-0, M/S Fine/King
C. Posting of the Agenda
Pursuant to Goivernment Code Section 94954.2, the agenda was posted on Friday, October 4.
D. Oral and Written Communications
None.
II. Old Business
A. Review and discussion of possible improvements to the Heritage Preservation Ordinance
(continued from 9/17/96 meeting).
After further discussion and review, the Commission directed staff to request of the City Manager that a
future City Council meeting be arranged to discuss specific ordinance changes.
