MINUTES
Date: Tuesday, January 14, 1997, 9 a.m.

I. Routine Organization
A. Roll Call
Present: Fine, King, Koepernik, Peck, Wyman
Absent: Dutro, Peepari
Staff: Secretary White
B. Approval of minutes dated 12/10/96.
The minutes were approved as submitted, 5-0, M/S King/Fine.
C. Posting of the Agenda
Pursuant to Government Code Section 94954.2, the agenda was posted
at City Hall on Friday, January 10.
D. Written Communications
None.
E. Oral Communications (This portion of the meeting is
reserved for those persons desiring to address the Commission
on any matter not on the agenda)
None.
II. Old Business
A. Heritage Preservation Ordinance Revisions. Continued
discussion.
Staff provided an update to the Commission regarding the status of
the proposed changes to the Heritage Ordinance.
III. New Business
A. Presentation by Joan Pisani, Recreation Director,
concerning proposed exterior modifications to the Warner
Hutton House.
Director Pisani presented a preliminary plan to the Commission
that would convert the unused attic of the Warner hutton House to
usable space for the teen center. The plan would involve modifying
the creekside elevation of the house with a stairway. The
Commission felt that the concept was acceptable but wanted to
review any final plans.

V. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned to Tuesday, February 11 at 9 a.m..
