I. Routine Organization
A. Roll Call
Present:. Fine, Peck, Wyman
Absent: Dutro, King, Koepernick, Peepari
Staff: Bradley, Walgren
Guest: Anderson, Davis, Maurer (Applicants - Item II1.A.)
B. Approval of minutes dated 7/8/97
Approval of the minutes was postponed to the October I4, 1997 meeting due to lack of
a quorum.
C. Posting of the Agenda
Pursuant to Government Code Section 94954.2, the agenda was posted on Wednesday,
September 3, 1997.
D. Oral and Written Communications
None.
II. Old Business
A. SD-97-001, LaPaloma/Douglass, Spaich; review of a proposed 15-lot subdivision on
an 18-acre site, a portion of which is on the Heritage Resources Inventory (the
Hayfield House and Caretaker/Garage buildings).
The Commission discussed their visit of the Hayfield House/Goodrich estate. Due to
lack of a quorum the item was continued to the October 14, 1997 meeting.
III. New Business
A. DR-97-48, Park ['lace, Saratoga Federated Church; review of a proposed 3,630 sq.
fl. addition to the $1,906 sq. ft. church which is listed on the Heritage Resources
Inventory.
The Commission heard the proposal to add 3,630 sq. ft. to the Saratoga Federated
Church. The three Commissioners who were present expressed satisfaction with the
proposal. Due to lack of a quorum the item was continued to the October I4, 1997
meeting.
IV. Items Initiated by the Commission
None.
V. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned to 9 a.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 1997.
