C. Posting of Rgenda
Staff noted the agenda ~as posted at City Hall on
Friday. September 1t. 1987.
Oral and Uritten CoMnunications
ChaLre~an HeLd distributed an article fro~ the Saratoga
Hews regarding the U.S. ConstLtution celebration
actiuitles. He noted that he had arranged a bell-
ringing event to be held on Thursday. September 17 at
1=gO p.m. at the Uolunteer Fireball location. He
invited all Commissioners to attend.
Ualerie Young stated she had received a phone call from
Keith Robinson, landscape architect at CalLtans,
request input on the landscape plan for the Uarner
Hutton house. Rfter revieuing the proposed plan, the
Conmission suggested reduced paving around the house
and moving the pathway fron the City Hall area close to
Fruitvale Ruenue so it didn't conflict with the
driveway.

II. OLD BUSINESS
A. Farm structure at Z11ZO Uarde11 R~d. Chairman Heid
reported that the Saratoga Historical Foundation did
not Naue use for the structure at the historical park.
Commissioner Koepernlk will draft a response to Mr.
6uichard, thanking hie for his offer.
B. Heritage Resource Plaques - Status report. Chair~an
Held noted that he had missed the last Montaluo Board
meeting, but would be presenting the plaque at an
executive committee meeting instead. There was
discussion on whether or not to present the plaque for
the fireball at the constitution celebration event
tomorrow; it was decided not to mix the two events.
Co~issioner Tgrrell expressed concern about publi-
cizing the plaque euents. Cheirman Heid stated he
would arrange the presentation for the City o~ned-
propert/es.
C. Heritage Resource Inventory
The Comission continued working on the inventory,
cmpleting the preliminarM review of for~s #5~-56.
