I ORGANIZATION
Mayor Pro Tem Tyler called the meeting to order at 7:30 P. M.
A. ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmen Tyler, ~obbins, Smith, Dwyer
Absent: None
II EXECUTIVE SESSION~
Mayor pro tem Tyler stated that the meeting had been called and noticed as
a special session in accordance with law pertaining to special meetings, for
the sole purpose of discussing personnel matters. With no objection, the Mayor
pro tem then recessed the public meeting and the Council convened in Executive
Session.
III ADJOURNMENT
Mayor pro tem Tyler called the Council ~to order in public session at the
conclusion of the Executive Session and, there being no further business
scheduled for this t~e, it was moved by Councilman Robbins, seconded by
Councilman Smith, and carried unanimously to adjourn the meeting at
9:10 P. M.
