The policy of retaining 50% of the original bond on street improvements
other than subdivisions during the one year maintenance period was
referred back to the Management'Committee for further study.

1. Moved and seconded that the six items listed in the Code Enforcement
Officer: s I_letter of-Feoruary 2-;-1971-to-Mijo and Nicholas Miljevich
be declarèd-:~:a public nuisance and that staff be directed to abate
them; carried unanimously.
2. ,Approved Public Work~, Director's recommendation that the City not
approve the use of a growth inhibitor by the P.G. & E.
3. Public Wòrks Director status report on Arroyo de Arguello sidewalk.
E. CITY MANAGER
l. Staff directed to prepare a list of alternate priorities for
underground utility projects.
2. Minute Resolution appointing the Code Enforcement Officer as a
