I. ROLL CALL
Present: 'CounCilmen'Smith, Brigham, Kraus, Diridon and Bridges
Absent: None
II. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
Approval of Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Saratoga and the
Saratoga Employees Association
The City Manager indicated that an agreement had not yet been reached. Therefore,
no action was necessary by the City Council. The City Manager requested the Council
go into Executive Session following this meeting to discuss personnel matters.
It was moved by Councilman Kraus and seconded byeCouncilman Brigham th~ Adjourned
Regular Meeting be adjourned to an ExecUtive Session. The motion was carried.
III. ADJOURNMENT '
The Executive Session was ~djourned at 9:30 p.m.
