II. PETITIONS, ORDINANCES AND FORMAL RESOLUTIONS
A. RESOLUTION NO. 85-9.17
. ~A Resolution Amending Resolution'Nos. 85-9.9, 85-9.10 and 85-9.12, Revising
Salary Ranges, Personnel Policy and' Fringe Benefits for Management Employees
of the City of Saratoga
The City Manager ~resente~ th~ proposed ResolUtion 85-9.17 and the Management
CompenSation Plan for Management Employees. He pointed out that this~fihal
draft had been the basis'of t~o previous meetings with the City Council.
After some discussion, it was moved by Councilman Kraus and seconded by Council-
man Bridge~ that Resolution 85-9.17 and the Management Compensation Program for
1974 be approved~ The motion ~as carried.

A. COUNCIL REPORT
Councilman Brigham brought to th~ attention of the Council a letter from the
Mid-Peninsula ~i~ional Park District on th~ proposed actio~ regarding purchase
of ~heoption for the Older Ranchand a portion of the Seven Springs Ranch.
It was moved by Councilman Brigham and seconded by Councilman Diridon the Council
indicate its support in taking this action, and urged that a letter from the
Mayor be sent to the Mid-Peninsula Regional Park District indicating the ,City of
Saratoga's support of this proposed action~ The motion was carried.
