Present: Councilmen Brigham, Kraus and Bridges
Absent: Councilman Diridon
II. INSTALLATION OF APPOIntED CANDIDATES
A. OATH OF OFFICE
City Clerk, Rob'err F..Beyer issued the Oath of Office to Mrs. Margaret
L. Corr and Mr. Norman E. Matteoni.
The newly sworn Council members then took theft seats on the City
Council.
III. OTHER BUSINESS
A. RESOLUTION NO. 720 - RESOLUTION COMMENDING RODNEY DIRIDON
Mayor Cole Bridges moved the introduction of Resolution No. 720
commending Rodney J. Dir~ion for-his services on the City Council.
The motion was seconded byCounci!man Brigham and'ap~r~ved 5-0.
B. APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF BICENTENNIAL COMMITTEE
Mayor Cole Bridges announced the appointment of Mr. ~eorge.Whelan as
Chairman of Saratoga's Bicentennial Committee-with Mrs. Warren Heid.
to be a member of the committee. Moved by Councilman.Kraus, seconded
by Councilman Brigham the appointments be accepted, approved 5-0.
