SARATOGA CITY COUNCIL
TIME: Tuesday, March 9, 1976 - 7:00 P.M.

I. ORGANIZATION
Pr.~sent~ Councilmen Bridges, Kraus, Brigham, Corr~ and Matteoni
Absent: None
II~ CONFIRMATION OF CANVASS OF VOTES
The City Clerk indicated that we had'received the Canvass of Votes for the 1976
Municipal Election f~om the County Registrar of Voters and the City Council was
being asked to confirm the canvass. It was moved by Councilman Brigham and
seconded by Councilman Kraus that a Minute Resolution be adopted confirming the
Canvass of Votes. The motion carried unanimously.
III. INSTALLATION OF ELECTED CANDIDATES
The City Clerk then issued the Oath-of Office and the Certificate of Election
to Councilwoman Corr and Councilman Matteoni for a new four-year term.
IV. RE-ORGANIZATION OF CITY COUNCIL
Mayor Bridges turned the gavel over to the City Clerk for the re-organization
of the Council. It was moved by Councilman Kraus and seconded by Councilman
Brigham that Mayor Bridges be selected Mayor for another year. The motion carried
unanimously~ It was th~n moved by Councilman Brigham and seconded by Councilwoman
Corr that Vice-Mayor Kraus serve in that capacity for another year. The motion
carried unanimously.
