APPROVING FINAL MAP
B. RECONSIDERATION OF APPEAL BY Jensen/Clevenger moved to accept the
ERNEST T. BARCO OF PLANNING appeal and return the design to the
COMMISSION DECISION RELATIVE TO Planning Commission. Passed 4-1.

Mallory opposed). (Emergency ordinance
requires 4 votes to pass. )

b. Report re: Saratoga Watson/Clevenger moved to accept staff
Avenue Bike Lane recommendation. Passed 5-0.
c. Brookwood Contract Watson/Clevenger moved to rescind
(Added'at meeting) award of contract made August 20, 1980,
to J.T. Taylor; to approve the negative
declaration on the project; and to re-
award the contract to J.T. Taylor.
Passed 5-0·
