1. Saratoga Creek Bike ~ath
Clevenger moved approval of lease agreement with Santa Clara
Valley Water Dist,rict and approval of staff recommendation to
accept bid price of $4,993 frbm New West Construction.
Jensen seconded and added conditions to slant path away from
creek~ se~dbank:of~creek~and~ra~seedge~Qf bike pa.Eg~.~p~sed.r~-i~ ~atson, opposed).
Staff is to b~ing back information on locating an ~mpediment
and fencing pr±vate property along path.
2. Tract 6766 - Prospect Road
Accepted petition with 60 signatures favoring four lane street
on ProspecE Road from Vi~Roncole to Saratoga-Sunnyvale Road.
Jensen/Watson moved to approve design alternative which provides
for two-lane road with left turn lane. Faited 2-3 (Callon,
Slevenger, Mallory opposed).
Mallory/Callon moved to accept Alternative #1 as proposed by
staff to provide fbur-lane road.with condition Eo require sig-
nificant planting .along Prospect. Passed 3-2 (Jensen/Watson opposed).
Ad]ournment to Committee'of the Whole
Clevenger/Callon moved to adjourn to Committee of the Whole.
Passed 5-0. j .z.
