questions frcn Councilmembers.

LIMITS PURSLLANT TO PROPOSITION 4 REQUIRtlMENTS. Passed 5-0.
III. Consider RBsolution'on Appropriations for July and August
City Manager explained the need for making an appropriation for July and
August while the budget recon~Lendations were being prepared. Manager and
ASsistant Manager answered further questions frcn Councilmembers.

JULY AhD AUGUST. Passed 5-0.
The Council a~journed to an Executive Session on Litigation at 7:58 p.m. and reconvened
at 8:40.
