.~ BY MAKING CERTAIN A~ND~NTS AND ADDITIONS TO TITLE tO OF
THE SANTA CLARA ~OUNTY ORDINANCE CODE CREATING PASSENGER
LOADING ZONES AND NO PARKING ZONE ON OAK STREET
The City Council of the City o£ saratoga does hereby Ordain
as follows:

Section 2'i Section l.l of Ordinance 4-A of the City of Saratoga is
"' hereby amended by adding to Section 10.1.8-2.1 of Article
Chapter 1~ Title 10 of the Santa Clara County Ordinance Code therein
adopted by reference, the following designated street or portion
of the same which is,ldeelared to be a contested area and. designated
as '~o Parking.Area" and subiect to the p~ohibitions as set forth
in Section l0.1.8~2 of the Santa Clara County Ordinance Code:
"SE side of Oak St. from a point 204' NE of the intersection of
the ~ extension of the NE property line of Komina Ave., with
the SE curbline of Oak St., to a point 215~ NE of said interseetion~
and from a point 3~7' NE of said intersection to a point 348' NE
of said intersection."
This ordinance was regularly introduced and after the waiting time
required by la~ was thereafter passed and adopted this 21st day
of November . 1962~ by the following vote:
